It's summer! With kids home from school, summer festivals to work, gardens bursting with flowers, fruit, vegetables (and weeds), beaches calling our names and the perfect shady maple tree in our yard, I'm choosing not to spend as much time in front of a screen. I hope you can do some of the same!
Our winters are long in Rhode Island, so we have to soak up the warm sunshine while it lasts. I'm still working hard behind the scenes, but you won't see much blogging until September, and you also won't see my Etsy shop open until then. I'm working on a major reboot. I think you're going to be very happy with what you see when I re-launch in early fall.
There are still plenty of reusable bags in stock--just ask if you want/need something this summer. I'll also be at the following events in the next two months:
July 11, 9-1 Aquidneck Growers Market (Newport Vineyards)
July 27, 11-7, Newport Bridge Fest (Trinity Church)
August 1, Aquidneck Growers Market (Newport Vineyards)
You can still find me on Instagram and Facebook (DancingThreadsRI). Quick picture posts are about as much as I can manage these days.
Knitters are the best! I knit badly, but I love to sew lovely bags to keep their projects, needles and hooks in order. I also teach sewing, and you can find many sewing resources here. Welcome to my blog Dancing Threads RI.
